An Oasis in the middle of a busy street, The Prince George Hotel is a throwback to simpler times. Retaining the same facade it had since inception, it is a rarity in our era of constantly changing faces. Built at the end of the Wild West era - a misnomer since I am on the Eastern Seaboard - PG Hotel, much like its neighbour, City Hall, again seems displaced from its time. Take nothing away from its beauty but it looks more at home on a dusty street in El Paso.
